We corrected nasal septum deviation in February 2024 with rhinoplasty. The day before the surgery, I had to go to the office because they didn't tell me when and where I should go for the surgery and how to prepare myself... The surgery itself was fine, I went back regularly for check-ups, but after about 2 months a pollybeak (bird's beak) lesion developed, which was not recognized and treated in time. After 1 year, I asked about the steroid injection, which was finally offered, but it's been 3 months since I received an answer about what the side effects might be and how often it should be used. The communication from the office is unprofessional and rushed, as if the patient is always just in the way, for which I pay the price, because my surgical lesion is not treated.
